The session on Wednesday 27th April at 10am will feature a one-to-one chat with journalist Ella Dove, who became an amputee five years ago following a lifechanging accident. It will look at how to ensure that disabled people are as well represented in the media as everyone else and consider any additional needs when working with disabled journalists.
Ella Dove is a vocal supporter of disability awareness and rights, and is a trustee of national charity The Limbless Association. She currently works as commissioning editor at Hearst Magazines.
