How to use the new Topic search to find journalists
Use the Topics search feature to find journalists based on the topics they cover.
Every journalist, outlet and article in Roxhill is categorised into a community and a related topic.
There are two ways to search in Topics:
- Use the search bar to find topics to drill down into – you can select up to 10 at a time.
- Click into a community or topic from the main Topics page

How do I favourite a community?
Click the star on a community box to pin to the top of the page and easily find next time.
How do I refine the search?
Once you’ve clicked into a community or a topic you can apply filters including keywords, entities, outlet type or country to refine your search further.
How do I add journalists to a list?
On the ‘Journalists’ tab you can select journalists from the table and add to the list using the actions button. Learn more: how to add journalists to lists.
How can I view trending spokespeople and companies?
On the ‘Entities & Spokespeople tab you get an overview of the trending companies (entities) and spokespeople related to the topics you selected.
How do I view the recent headlines?
On the ‘Articles’ tab get a sense of the stories making waves with all the recent headlines linked to a topic. Click the link to view the original article.
