NLA access changes
As part of the NLA’s new 2-factor authentication users will be asked to login before accessing any articles from publications provided by the NLA.
This new process is true across all monitoring providers and pertains to all NLA eClips feeds, which can be print (eClips) or online (eClips Web).
A full list of affected publishers is listed can be found here.
This has been soft launched as of the 1st June 2026, with the option to revert back to login via password using the button shown below. This option will be retired soon.

To view a full article from an NLA provided feed in the monitoring app, click on the ‘View article’ button at the bottom right of the article clip.
