Life in lockdown

Each day we speak to a journalist about their new normal.

Today we hear from Isabelle Fraser, Property Editor at The Telegraph.

Where are you working from right now?
In front of a window, which is a huge novelty for me.

What’s your new morning routine?
The same as before, but wearing leggings.

Have you got dressed today?
Yes! Always.

How has your working week changed since Covid-19 hit?
I've taken on more of a role within the personal finance team so my deadlines have changed and there is more day-to-day editing and news management.

What are the current plans for filling your pages?
We're covering property more on a practical basis, with focus on advice and case studies.

What does a work lunch look like these days?
Delicious - homemade, healthy and not at my desk.

What’s the biggest challenge for your desk/publication right now?
On the desk - staying sane, keeping some work-life balance.

Has anything positive come out of this?
People are coming together in an extraordinary way, and talking with each other much more.

What’s your top tip for PRs right now?
Really think what people want to read - it doesn't have to be all about the virus. What are you and your friends and family thinking and talking about?

What’s your comeback plan?
Keeping at it - creating interesting content people want to read and engage with.
