Roxhill Media Awards 2025​

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the submission of Entries to Roxhill Media Awards 2025 (the “Awards”). By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Attendee: A person or group of people attending the Award Ceremony.
  • Award Ceremony: The event location where Award Winners are announced.
  • Award Finalists: Entrants shortlisted for an Award by the Judges.
  • Award Winner: The winner of an Award.
  • Category: Each specific award category listed and described on the Website.
  • Entry: A submission to the Awards by an Entrant. This is per submission or entry.
  • Entrant: A person or organisation submitting an Entry.
  • Judge: A person appointed to assess and award Entries.
  • Organiser: Roxhill Media Ltd.
  • Ticket: A space reserved for an individual at the Award Ceremony.
  • Website: The official website of Roxhill Media Awards.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry Requirements: The Entrant must be a Client of Roxhill Media Ltd, and all entries must meet the specified criteria and deadlines. Please refer to the Entry Kit for more information.
  • Prohibited Entries: Entries that are illegal, unethical, or violate any applicable laws or regulations are not eligible.

4. Entry Submission

  • Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 29 November 2024 at 5pm.
  • Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee of £100.
  • Supporting Materials: Supporting materials, such as case studies, press clippings, and video links, must be submitted with the entry.
  • Entry Confirmation: The Organiser will confirm receipt of your completed entry online at the time of submission.
  • No Amendments: Once an Entry has been submitted, it cannot be modified or amended.
  • Disqualify: Roxhill Media reserves the right to disqualify Entries that do not meet the Entry Requirements or are submitted after the deadline.

5. Judging and Selection

  • Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated against the specific criteria for each category. Please refer to the Entry Kit for detailed guidelines.
  • Judging Panel: The judging panel will consist of industry experts who will evaluate entries independently.
  • Judging Decision: The judges’ decision is final and binding.

6. Award Ceremony

  • Awards Ceremony Details: The Award Ceremony will take place on 27 January 2025 at 6:30pm at Haymarket Hotel, 1 Suffolk Place, London SW1Y 4HX.
  • Award Ceremony Tickets: Tickets for the Award Ceremony are purchased separately from the award.
  • Award Ceremony Date and Location: The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of the Award Ceremony.
  • Award Categories: Awards will be given for Best PR Campaign, Best Piece of Coverage – across six different lifestyle sectors, PR Company/In-House Team of the Year, Senior PR Professional of the Year, and Junior PR Professional of the Year.
  • Award Presentation: Winners will be announced and awarded at the Awards Ceremony on 27 January 2025.
  • Publicity: Winners may be featured in press releases, on the awards website, and in social media.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Entrants retain ownership of their entries.
  • Usage Rights: By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Organisers the right to use their entry for promotional and publicity purposes online, on the radio, and in print.

8. Attendee Consent for Content Usage

  • Image and Video Consent: The Attendee consents to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other recordings taken at the Award Ceremony.
  • Quote Consent: The Attendee consents to the use of any quotes or statements made by you at the Award Ceremony for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Content Usage: The Organiser reserves the right to use the content created at the Award Ceremony, including images, videos, audio and quotes, for future communications and marketing activities, both online and offline.

9. Attendee Consent for Content Usage

  • No Liability: The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the Awards or Award Ceremony. 

10. Changes

  • Changes: The Organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify or amend these Awards Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Awards Terms and Condition page of the Roxhill Media website.
