Q&A: How to pitch travel to the Financial Times

Home Q&A Q&A: How to pitch travel to the Financial Times

Join us for an exclusive live session

The travel section of the Financial Times is aimed at a global audience, with a broad spread of price and destination. How do you narrow down an idea that’s a natural match for its pages? We’ll be speaking to long-time Travel Editor Tom Robbins about the type of stories that jump out at him in his inbox, all the different places within the Financial Times where travel coverage appears, and how best to put together your pitch to him.

This special session is part of Roxhill’s events programme, which aims to allow PRs to build a personal relationship with each journalist in a more relaxed setting. Each session will be structured as a 30-minute interview followed by a 15-minute Q&A with the audience.
