Roxhill Media x Cowley Manor

Autumn Brunch Club

When: 28th September 2023

Where: Cowley Manor,
Cowley, Cheltenham,
Gloucestershire, GL53 9NL

On the day

At Roxhill, we know that nothing beats meeting journalists face-to-face, but if you’re based outside of London, it’s much harder to build connections. That’s why we’re committed to hosting events outside of the capital, to help link up local writers and local PRs, so you can get to know one another, but also bring London journalists out to meet you on your home turf.

Our brunch club offers you the opportunity to network with your peers, and explore Cowley Manor, which has just reopened after a full refurbishment by the Experimental Group.

Why you need to be there

We’ll be welcoming eleven journalists, both from the local area and London, including Lisa Grainger, Deputy and Travel Editor at Times Luxx; Fiona Duncan, Hotels Expert, The Telegraph; Harriet O’Brien, Travel Writer, Condé Nast Traveller, The Telegraph, The Independent; Jane Knight, Freelance Travel Journalist for Mail on Sunday and The Telegraph; Daisy Finer, Travel and Spa writer for Tatler, Country & Townhouse, Condé Nast Traveller; and Richard Mellor, Travel Writer for The Times, Metro, The Mail on Sunday.

You’ll get the chance to chat to them over brunch canapes and cocktails, introduce yourself, tell them about your relevant clients, and, most importantly, learn more about them so next time you pitch, you can tailor your ideas to their requirements. Plus, once they’ve met you, you’ll get that crucial inbox recognition that will hopefully lead to email opens, and then coverage.

Join us at Cowley Manor in September: please see the full list of journalists attending below.

We have 30 tickets for PRs available, priced at £100 each, including brunch and drinks. They will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you then.
