Q&A: How to find story ideas in The Times comments section

Home Events Q&A: How to find story ideas in The Times comments section

Join us for an exclusive live session

If you’re not reading the comments beneath a digital article, you’re missing an opportunity to get to know that publication’s readers. Below the line, you’ll find a treasure trove of inspiration, packed with ideas of what the audience your clients want to reach are talking and thinking about. The Head of Community at the Times joins us to explain how her team use the comments section to influence commissioning across the newsroom and how PRs can use it to craft pitches that editors will snap up.

This special session is part of Roxhill’s events programme, which aims to allow PRs to build a personal relationship with each journalist in a more relaxed setting. This session will be structured as a 30-minute interview followed by a 15-minute Q&A with the audience.
