Bringing PRs and the UK's health journalists together for a day of insightful discussions and networking
Health Club 2024 is three interactive Q&A sessions with leading health and wellbeing journalists. The talks will cover pitching health stories to magazines and newspapers, as well as discussing trend predictions for the coming year.
Roxhill’s Health Club will give you the opportunity to speak to journalists who are difficult to contact, and drill down into the details of exactly the kind of stories that excite them. We’ll also discuss when, what, and how to pitch.
We’re gathering four health editors and writers working across some of the UK’s top-ranking titles, including national newspapers The Times, The Telegraph and The i Paper, plus glossy magazines Women’s Health and Cosmopolitan.

Promoted from Digital Beauty and Health Editor to Health Editor at Women’s Health in 2021, Claudia looks after both digital and print content for the Hearst title, commissioning and editing all things health related from relationships to hormones and sleep. Previously she worked as a contributor at Huffpost UK.
Features Editor at Cosmopolitan since 2021, Jennifer joined the mag in 2015 and specialises in writing features across topics including health, women’s issues and special reports. She has also written for ELLE, Women’s Health, Marie Claire, The Times and The Independent.

For over two decades, Peta has been writing content for The Times & Sunday Times, specialising in health, fitness, sports science, relationships, and parenting features. She also produces a weekly column called ‘Three ways to…’ and contributes to the weekend edition with celebrity-led features or round-ups on health and fitness products.

The former Digital Health Editor at The Telegraph, Maria was Acting Senior Editor at Grazia for a year before going freelance in 2022. She now writes for titles including The Telegraph, The Times, and The I, on topics such as health, wellness, women’s issues, and parenting.
The former Health and Wellness editor at Red, Good Housekeeping and Prima, Arielle went freelance in 2023. She still runs all the health and wellness content for the above titles, as well as STYLIST and Women’s Health.
